Abstract
Law is not simply a compilation of methods and norms, but it is a value consensus to be actualizer in social, and national life. Law has to be executed and enforced whitout differentiating one with another, because the purpose of law is for the sake of peace and harmony. Therefore, in law enforcement, the rule of law, social benefit and justice have to be taken into consideration. Law is always related to social problems. In consequence, effort to fix the social life becomes a part of the efforts to enforce the law integrally. Other problem influencing the process of law enforcement is a crisis of national, moral and humanity awareness. Therefore, law education is the part of making people more mature and to be real adults who have and awareness, and social responsibility. This matters so much because it becomes a strategy to reinforce the capacity of law enforcement
