Abstract
Multiculturalism is understood as a system of beliefs and behavior all know and respect the different groups in an organization or society, recognize and appreciate social and cultural differences, and promote and allows their contribution in a its sociocultural context continuous an inclusive who empower all in an organization or the community In a philosophic manner, multiculturalism this depart from assumptions about glory and honor man (martabat human). The principles are in all great world religion. For man had a noble, so attached to their rights should be respected and guarded. Defilement and violation of the rights is the suppression against humanity universal. Therefore, there are several the according to al-qur'an differences and to cherish and to avoid conflicts among the multicultural marriages. Writing aims to uncover efforts to al-qur'an solutif and harmony among the multicultural marriages, friction that social it prolonged happened.
